- Grind cumin,turmeric,coconut,red chili powder,salt,garlic,jeera methi powder to a fine powder.
- then add chopped mangoes and grind coarsely.
- Then add ridge gourd and grind once for a second.
- Make seasoning,and add to this chutney.
