INGREDIENTS:

- Fresh grated coconut-2 cups
- Jaggery-1 1/2 cup or according to your taste
- Milk powder- table spoons
- Butter-2 tablesoons
METHOD:

- For this recipe I grounded fresh coconut pieces coarsely(grated consistency)
- Heat butter in a pan and add the coconut ,saute until raw smell goes out
- add the grated jaggery and mix well
- Cook until the mixture thickens and now add the milk powder and mix well
- cook until done
- grease a plate with ghee/butter and add this cooked coconut mixture and make it even
- cool it and cut into pieces.
- Put in a box and refrigerate,remains good for 4 to 5 days
- Enjoy
