Add ingredients according to your taste
- tamarind juice thick-2 table spoons
- Red chili powder-1/4 th teaspoon
- Sugar-2 teaspoons
- Salt -to taste
- turmeric-1/8 th teaspoon
- Roasted peanut powder-1 table spoon
- Oil for seasoning
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-8
METHOD:

- Add water to tamarind juice.
- Grind peanut powder,sugar,redchili powder,turmeric and salt,to a fine paste.
- So that every thing get mixed well.
- Add this paste to tamarind water.
- Make seasoning and add to the pulusu.
- Enjoy with hot rice.
