INGREDENTS:
- Mushrooms-1 pack
- Tomato puree-1 cup(3 tomatoes washed and blanched)
- Chopped onion-1/2 cup
- Cilantro/coriander leaves-2 tbs
- Butter-1/2 tea spoon
- Oil-1 teaspoon
- green chili's slitted-2
- curry leaves-4
- salt-to taste
- red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Garam masala powder-1 teaspoon
- turmeric-1/4th teaspoons

PREPARATIONS:
- Clean mushrooms ,chop and set a side
- blanch 3 tomatoes and blend to puree and set a side
METHOD:
- Heat butter and oil in a pan add green chili's and chopped onion and saute till onion turns golden brown
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds
- add mushrooms and cook till done
- Add tomato puree and all the spice powders and salt
- Add little water and cook till oil floats on the surface of the curry and garnish with cilantro
This curry goes well with paratha,pulka and also with rice. Curry should be semi gravy
