INGREDIENTS FOR CHIKKUDU MENTHU KURA/INDIAN BROADBEANS METHI CURRY
- Broad beans boild-2 cups
- Onion chopped-1/2 cup
- Ginger crushed-1 ts
- Sesame seed powder- 3 tbs
- Besan/chenaga pindi-3 tbs
- Kasuri methi crushed-2 ts
- Salt- to taste
- Turmeric -1/8th ts
- Green chilis chopped-1 tbs
- Oil-2 tbs
- Cumin mustard-1 ts
METHOD:
- Cook beans in micro wave till tender cool and set a side
- Heat oil in a pan add seasoning now add onion and fry for a minute
- now add ginger and fry well
- add beans and cook for 5 more minutes
- Then add all the ingredients mix and cook for 10 minutes
- serve hot with rice
