- Corn starch-1 cup
- Milk-4 cups
- Sugar-3/4Th cup
- Cardamom powder-2 pinches(optional)
- Chopped cashews-1 table spoon
- Unsalted butter/ghee-1 to 2 table spoons
- Food colour-pinch

- In a bowl mix corn starch and milk slowly with out lumps.
- Take a pan add the corn starch mixture and switch on the flame,stir constantly with out lumps,add sugar mix well.
- Add food colour,cashews,cardamom powder and mix well,now add butter and stir well,
- once done transfer to a plate and make even.
- cool the mixture,cut into blocks, and serve
