INGREDIENTS:

- Springroll sheet pack-1
- Mixed veggies(carrot , peas,capsicum)-1cup
- Shredded cabbage-1 cup
- Green chili sauce-2 teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
- Amchoor/dry mango powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Soysauce-1 teaspoon
- Tasting salt/china salt- 2 pinches
- Finely chopped cilantro-1 table spoon
- Oil-for frying

- Boil water in deep bottomed vessel,add the veggies then close the lid.Cook on low-medium flame for few minutes.
- Strain the veggies ,squeeze excess water with a damp cloth,make sure their is little moisture content in the veggies.
- Now add the remaining ingredients to the veggies and mix well.
- Now take each spring roll sheet ,stuff 2 teaspoons of filling,Roll out,seal out the edges with egg wash or water.
- Deep fry in oil until light golden brown.
- Enjoy with sour cream.
- Roll out acording to picture instructions shown in the sheet.
