- Grapes-2 cups
- Milk-2 1/2 cups
- Sugar-3 to 4 spoons
- Ice cubes-4 to 5
METHOD:

- soak grapes in water,by adding 2 teaspoons of salt for 30 minutes.
- Later wash thoroughly in running tap water.
- Now place them in the jar along with remaining ingredients and grind well.
- Don't strain juice because to avoid the loss the fibre content.
- Serve chilled.
