- Green chilis indian variety-20 no
- Roasted chana dal/putnala pappu-2 teasoons
- Red chili powder-1/8Th teaspoon
- Garlic pod medium-1
- Salt-to taste
METHOD:

- Slit the green chili's in the middle
- Heat 1/4th teaspoon of oil in a pan and add green chili's, saute well for few seconds.
- now add little water close lid,then cook the chilis well.
- Now grind roasted chanadal,red chili powder,salt and garlic pod together.
- When chili's are done add this powder then cook for few minutes until the powder is coated well.
- Serve with rice and dal.
