- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning with cumin ,mustard,hing and curry leaves.
- Add sprouted moong and onion, saute well for 2 minutes.
- Now add red chili powder,salt,black salt,turmeric and subji masala.
- Finally add cilantro and lemon juice.
