INGREDIENTS:
- Boiled cauliflower florets-3 cups
- Chik pea flour-1/4th cup
- Rice flour-1/4th cup
- All purpose flour/maida-2 tbs
- Corn starch-3 tbs
- Red chili powder-1 ts
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric-1/4th ts
- Ginger garlic paste-1 ts
- Curry leaves chopped-4 tbs
- Oil-for deep frying
- Curd-1 cup
- Green chilis-few
- Cilantro chopped-4 tbs
Andhra ruchulu-gobi kempu |
- Combine flours powders salt and gobi florets,chopped curry leaves mix and deep fry in oil
- Heat oil in a pan add cilantro curry leaves green chilis and curd mix well
- Finally add the fried gobi mix and serve hot
