- Carrots chopped Juline cut-4 tbs
- Onions crushed-1 tbs
- Red chili powder-1ts
- Mustard powder-1/8th spoon
- Roasted fenugreek powder/menthula podi-1/8th ts
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1 tbs
- Cumin mustard-1/2 ts
- Hing-pinch
- Dry chilis-2
- Lemon juice-2 ts
ANDHRA RUCHULU-INSTANT CARROT PICKLE |
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning add hing and chilis
- When chilis turn dark add onion paste and fry to golden brown
- Cool this mixture and set a side
- Now add all the powders to the onion paste and finally add the carrot strips lemon juice mix and serve after 2 to 3 hours to get an extra taste
- Yummy instant carrot pickle looks and tastes great.
