INGREDIENTS
METHOD:
- Grated cabbage-2 cups
- Chik pea flour/besan-2 tbs
- Red chili powder-1 ts
- Crushed dhaniya-1/8th ts
- Salt-to taste
- ajwain1-8th ts
- Sesame seeds-2 tbs
- Oil -for frying
ANDHRA RUCHULU-CRISPY CABBAGE PAKORA |
- Combine all ingredients in a container ,add more flour if needed
- As cabbage release moisture while mixing it is enough for making pakoras if water is required wet you hands and mix but donotpour directly
- Heat oil and drop the pakoras with spoon
- Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup
Pakoras looks so crispy and good :)
