Boil frozen mixed veggies strain and set a side(carrots beans peas broccoli sweet corn)

Cook rice by adding 2 tbs mint,1 tbs coriander,crushed masala salt water cool and set a side
METHOD:
Heat oil and ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste fry well add veggies,mint,coriander brown onions masalas powders salt curd salt lemon juice cook till done
