- Tomato paste -1 small tin
- minced ginger-2ts
- minced garlic-1/2ts
- chopped mint-2ts
- chopped coriander-2ts
- roasted dhaniya powder-1/2 ts
- pepper powder-1/4ts
- salt-to taste

- mustard and cumin-1/2 ts
- carom seeds/vamu/ajwain-1/8th ts
- dry chili's-2
- curry leaves-2
- hing-pinch
- oil-1 tbs
- heat oil in a pan add all ingredients one after the other to make seasoning,
- Now add curry leaves,garlic and ginger.saute till they change to light brown
- now add tomato paste and some water,to make it soup consistency
- now add the leaves,powders and salt
