INGREDIENTS:

- French beans chopped like springs-4 cups
- Chik pea flour/besan/chenaga pindi-2 table spoons
- salt-to taste
- Turmeric-pinch
- Green chili paste-2 teaspoons
- Desicated coconut/shredded coconut-2 teaspoons
- oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoons
- Curry leaves-few
METHOD:

- Chop french beans to fine springs and set a side
- heat oil in a pan add cumin ,mustard,curry leaves,split uraddal, and wait till it turns light brown
- Now add the beans springs and fry till done
- add 3 to 4 teaspoons of chik pea flour,green chili paste,dry grated coconut,turmeric
and the salt
5.Simple yet delicious beans poriyal is ready to serve.
