- Curd-2 cups
- Oil-2 teaspoons
- Cumin and mustard-1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-1 teaspoon
- Chopped green chilis-1 teaspoon
- Chopped onion-2 teaspoons
METHOD:

- Beat the curd and make buttermilk
- Heat oil in pan add cumin,mustard and curry leaves
- Add slitted green chili's and chopped onion , fry well
- Add salt,turmeric and roasted fenugreek-cumin powder and fry well
- Cool the mixture and add to the butter milk
- Enjoy with rice
