  1. Chop the mango into small pieces

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin,mustard and hing,allow it to cool

  3. now mix the poders to the mango pieces and add the seasoning

  4. Let the pickle rest for 2 days

  5. ,it gives nice aroma and the pickle tastes so yummy ith rice
