- Chopped alu/potato-1cup
- broccoli crowns-1 full
- Chopped onion-4 table spoons
- Turmeric-1/8th spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Dry grated coconut-2 teaspoons
- Oil-1 teaspoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon

- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- add onion and fry well,then add broccoli florets,fry for 4 minutes and set them a side
- now take another pan and add oil and potato pieces fry till brown and add some water
- Cook till done ,to this add broccoli mixture,powders and salt
- Enjoy with rice or chapathi
