- Raw eggs-3
- Finely chopped onion-3 tablespoons
- Chopped capsicum-3 teaspoons
- Chopped carrots-3 tablespoons
- Chopped beans-3 tablespoons
- Garam masala-1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Ginger garlic paste-1/4Th teaspoon
- Oil-3 tablespoons
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon

- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- Add ginger paste and onions
- Once onions turns red add all veggies
- Cook till tender
- Add beaten eggs and cook till done
- Add all masala and powders,salt
- Serve hot with pulka or rice
