- Kovakai/ivy gourd/donda kai/tindora-2 cups chopped
- Garlic pod-2
- Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Desicated coconut-1 teaspoon
- Peanuts-2 table spoons
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep frying
METHOD:

- Chop kovakai into circles and deep fry in oil
- Grind garlic,coconut,chili powder and salt to a fine powder
- Fry peanuts
- Mix all in a bowl and serve
