INGREDIENTS:

- Onion chopped length wise-1 cup
- Kasuri methi(dried fenu greek leaves crushed)-1/4Th cup
- Chopped curry leaves-2 table spoons
- Cashews chopped into small bits-3 table spoons
- Garam masala powder-1/2 teaspoon
- ginger garlic paste-1/4th teaspoon
- red chili powder-1/4th teaspoon
- salt-to taste
- Turmeric-pinch
- Ajwain/vamu/carom seeds-1/4th teaspoon
- besan/chik pea flour/chenagapindi-3 to 4 table spoons
- Rice flour-2 teaspoons
- Oil-for deep frying
METHOD:

- combine all ingredients in a bowl,
- When mixing all ingredients with hands,onions releases water,so add water if needed only
- Then add 2 teaspoons of hot oil,and mix with spoon
- Now make pakoras and deep fry
- Enjoy............................
