BEETROOT RAITHA TASTY AND HEALTHY)

INGREDIENTS

  1. Grated beet root-1cup
  2. Chopped onion-2 table spoons
  3. Fresh grated coconut-1 table spoon
  4. Red chili powder-3 pinches
  5. Turmeric-pinch
  6. Salt -to taste
  7. Oil-1 teaspoon
  8. Cumin and mustard-1/4Th teaspoon
  9. Curd-3 cups
METHOD

  1. Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
  2. Add onion and beet root fry until done
  3. Now add coconut and powders
  4. Beat the curd and add salt
  5. Now add the cooled beets mixture and serve chilled
