INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA-MOONG DAL PAYASAM

- Banana ripened-1
- Moong dal-1 cup
- Jaggery -1 1/2 cup
- Water-1/2 cup
- milk-5 cups
- Dry fruits-3 teaspoons
- Ilaichi/cardamom powder-2 pinches
- Tapioca-1 table spoon

- Heat ghee in a pan and add dry fruits,now add chopped banana and cooked moong dal,
- Once it starts boiling add jaggery water (dilute it by adding 1/2 cup of water).
- Now add milk and tapioca
- When tapioca gets cooked add cardamom powder
- Add more milk if required
- Enjoy the tasty payasam
