BOTTLE GUARD MASALA

INGREDIENTS

- Bottle guard pieces chopped length wise-2 cups
- Onion medium-1
- Green chili paste-3 teaspoons
- Salt-to taste
- Garlic pods-3
- Roasted dhaniya powder-1 teaspoon
- Oil-3 teaspoons
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard-1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-4
METHOD

- Grind onion-chili paste,garlic pods,dhaniya powder,salt coarsely and set a side
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- Add bottle guard pieces and fry for few seconds
- Now add masala paste some water and close lid,saute in between
- Add water if needed
- Cook until done.
- Enjoy with rice or pulka
