CABBAGE CRISPS

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Chopped cabbage-3 1/2 cups
  2. Maida/all purpose flour-2 table spoons
  3. Besan/chik pea flour-1 table spoon
  4. Corn starch-1/2 table spoon
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Onion-1/2 cup
  7. Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
  8. ajwain/carom seeds-1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala-1 teaspoon
  10. Oil-for deep frying
METHOD:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Make small dumplings and deep fry in oil
  3. serve hot with ketchup
