Cooking with seeds-sesame seeds
INGREDIENTS:

- Chopped pitted dates-1 cup
- Roasted sesame seeds-1/2 cup
- Dry fruits of your choice chopped -1 table spoon
- Dessicated coconut-2 to 3 table spoons

- Grind dates along with sesame seeds and place in a bowl
- Roast the nuts in butter and add to the dates mixture
- Shape into laddu or desired shapes
- Then roll the laddus in coconut powder
- For kids to make them attractively,keep the laddu in a candy /chocolate cover and give it to them
- Pregnant ladies should use peanut powder instead of sesame seed powder
- if relatives give sudden surprise to you,then you can make this quick sweetrecipe
