INGREDIENTS

- Maida/allpurpose flour-3 cups
- Carom seeds/ajwain-1 teaspoon
- Salt-pinch
- Garlic ghee/butter/desi ghee-1 table spoon
- Sour cream(low fat)-1 table spoon
- Powder-any of your favourite
- Oil-for frying
METHOD:

- In a bowl combine maida , carom seeds,ghee, salt and make dough,and let it rest for 20 minutes
- Divide the dough into portions
- Roll each each portion like a chapati/tortilla
- Apply sour cream all over the tortilla
- Sprinkle powder all over the tortilla
- Roll like tortilla
- Cut into 1 inch pieces/discs,then press them flat
- And roll each piece into small circle,like this from one tortilla you get 10 to 12 discs/pieces
- Fry each piece in oil
- Repeat the same process for remaining batches
- Can be stored for few days
