- TYJ spring roll sheets-10
- Chopped onion-2 cups
- Rice flakes-2 cupes
- Garam masala-1 teaspoon
- Chat masala-1/4Th teaspoon
- Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon juice-1 table spoon
- Chopped coriander-2 table spoons
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep frying
METHOD:

- Combine onions ,rice flakes,masala's,red chili powder,salt ,lemon juice and coriander with hands thoroughly
- Set a side for 20 minutes
- Take a sheet ,and apply water all over the sheet
- stuff 3 spoons of onion mixture
- Close the mixture from one end roll it
- Deep fry n oil
- Repeat the same process for remaining batches
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup
