INGREDIENTS FOR DOSA

- Rice-2 cups
- Rice flour-2 cups
- Green chili paste-2 teaspoons
- Chopped curry leaves- 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1/4Th teaspoon
- Chopped onion-1 table spoons
- Salt-to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO RASAM:
- Thick mango pulp -3 cups
- Water-1/2 cup
- Sugar powder- 2 to 3 table spoons
Mix all ingredients and beat well with spoon until all ingredients are mixed well
METHOD:
- Soak rice in water for 2 hours and grind to fine paste
- Add water to rice flour and mix well
- Now add rice paste and all other ingredients to rice flour mixture along with some water
- Keep the batter for 2 hours a side
- Heat tawa and apply oil ,pour batter starting from the ends to the middle
- Add a spoon of oil and flip other side
- Serve with rasam
