- Whole corns medium-2
- Chopped Onion-3 table spoons
- Green chili's slitted and chopped-3 to 4
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Coriander-1 table spoon
- Chik pea flour/besan - 1 table spoon
- Red chili powder-1/2 to 1 teaspoon
INGREDIENT'S FOR MASALA:
- Cloves-3
- Poppy seeds-1/8Th spoon
- Cinnamon stick small-1
- Fresh grated coconut-1 1/2 table spoon
Grind to fine paste by adding some water
PREPARATIONS
- Remove the husks and outer layer of each corn and chop into 3 pieces
- Grind masala into fine paste
- Add water to flour and mix well to liquid consistency
METHOD:
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and add Green chilis,onions and ginger garlic paste.Fry well
- Now add masala paste,1 cup water ,clantro and corns
- Close lid and cook for 5 to8 vhistles or dependng upon Ur cooker
- Once the steam is gone open lid and add chik pea flour liquid followed by 2 cups of water
- Add salt and cook until gravy thickens
- Serve hot with rice
- sweet corn with spicy gravy gives delcious taste.
