MASALA TO BE GROUNDED:
- Peanuts-1 table spoon
- sesame seeds-1 table spoon
- Cloves-2 to4
- Cardamom-2 to 3
- Black pepper corns-1 teaspoon
- Whole dhaniya-2 teaspoons
METHOD

- Dry roast all the ingredients shown for masala and bend to a fine powder
- Now heat oil and butter in the cooker and make seasoning,add cilantro , mint and fry well
- Now add green chili's and let it roast well
- add grated carrot and roast for 4 minutes
- Now add rice ,4 cups water and salt
- close lid and cook until done
- Enjoy with raitha and shorva
