- Pressure cook moong dal,turmeric and chow chow pieces
- Dry roasted green chills, fennel seeds and coconut powder and grnd to paste
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin,mustard curry leaves ,dry chills and onion pieces
- fry well and add ginger garlic paste,now add tomato pieces and cook till done
- Add grounded chili paste and fry well
- Add cooked dal mixture and little water and salt

ReplyDeletechow chow is a chayote squash,which has shape of indian guava (green colour )or pearfruit.I heard that in India this vegetablecan be found in big grocery stores,this vegetable reduces bad cholestrol
