INGREDIENTS:
- Pine apple pieces-1 1/2cup
- Chopped green chili's-2 teaspoons
- Fresh grated coconut-1 table spoon
- garlic pods-2
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder-1/4Th teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/8Th spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- dry chili-1
- Curry leaves-5
METHOD:
- Boil pine apple pieces ,turmeric,water and green chili's,cook till it turns tender
- Now in a blender combine garlic,coconut,red chili powder and cumin ,make to fine paste
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- add pine apple pieces and masala paste and cook for few minutes
- Now add butter milk and cook for more 10 minutes until it becomes little juicy
- Enjoy with rice or pulka
