INGREDIENTS:

- Garlic pods-1cup
- Ginger pieces-3 teaspoons
- Tamarind flakes-2 1/2 tea spoons
- Dry red chilis-4 to 6
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Oil-1 teaspoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
METHOD:

- Heat 1 table spoon of oil and add chili's,fry well now add tamarind,ginger and garlic
- Fry till golden brown, and cool it
- Now grind to fine paste along with salt coarsely
- Make seasoning and add to the tokku
- Healthy and spicy garlic tokku is ready to serve
