- Corn flour-1 cup
- Chik pea flour/besan-1 cup
- Roasted peanut powder-1 cup
- Rice flour-1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder-2 teaspoons
- Ghee-1 table spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-for deep frying

- Take a bowl and add all the ingredients,add hot boiled water and mix well
- Make dough and divide into portions
- Take the muruku maker and fill the dough
- Press in hot oil and deep fry
- Store in air tight container
Never tried out murukku with cornflour, will try soon..
