- Panneer cubes-20
- Chopped onion medium size-1
- Kasuri methi-2 teaspoons
- Tomato paste-2 table spoons
- Tomato ketchup-2 table spoons
- Garam masala -1 1/2 teaspoon
- Dhaniya powder-2 teaspoons
- Salt-to taste
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Whipping cream-2 cups
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Unsalted butter-1 table spoon

- In a bowl mix tomato paste,tomato ketchup,kasuri methi,milk,masalas and mix well
- Heat butter and oil in a pan and add onions,fry till light brown
- Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well,now add above paste and mix well
- Now add the cream and cook for 10 minutes on medium low flame
- Add paneer cubes and cook for 5 more minutes
- Enjoy with pulka
