INGREDIENTS

- Sprouted moong-2 big cups
- Finely chopped onion-1/2 cup
- Green chili paste-1 1/2 table spoon
- Ajwain/carom seeds-1 teaspoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Subji masala-2 1/2 teaspoons
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Besan flour-4 table spoons
- Crushed pepper-1/4Th teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
- Oil-for deep frying
METHOD:

- Grind the 1 and 3/4 Th cup of moong to a coarse paste
- Now take this mixture in a mixing bowl,add remaining sprouts along with other ingredients
- Now make small vadas and deep fry in oil
- Yummy and healthy sprouted moong vada is ready to serve
