- Semolina/bombay ravva-1 cup
- Rice flour-1 cup
- Maida/all purpose flour-1/2 cup
- Chopped green chili's-2 teaspoons
- Sat-to taste
- Coriander chopped-2 tablespoons
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Crushed pepper corns-1 teaspoon
- Butter milk-2 cups
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients add water and mix well
- Rest the batter for 1 hour
- Heat tawa pour in circular motion
- Sprinkle oil,and roast both sides
- Sprinkle raw onion and serve hot with chutney
