- Rice-3 cups
- Chopped tomatoes-4
- Chopped onion-1/2 cup
- Chopped cilantro-3 table spoons
- Whole garam masala-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Pepper powder-1/4Th teaspoon
- Dhaniya powder-1/4Th teaspoon
- Oil-3 table spoons
- Ginger garlic paste-2 teaspoons
METHOD:

- Cook rice cool and set a side
- Heat oil in a pan add masalas,ginger paste onions and green chili's,
- Saute well and add tomatoes
- Cook until tomatoes turns soft
- Add turmeric,dhaniya powder, pepper powder ,salt
- Add cooled rice and mix well
- Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with raitha
