- Water- 3 cups
- Suji-1 cup
- Jaggery- 2 cups
- Ghee 2 teaspoons
BATTER
- Maida-1 cup
- Rice flour-1/2 cup
- Salt-pinch
- Oil for deep frying
METHOD:
- Boil 3 cups of water in a vessel,to this add suji,jaggery and ghee,cook by continuous stirring
- After some time it thickens, now take small amount and make tikki shape(round and press flat)
- Do the remaing suji dough in the same procedure
- Now make batter with the flours like dosa batter
- dip the suji tikkis in batter and deep fry in oil
RAJMA SUNDAL:

- Cooked rajma-1 cup
- Coconut-2 table spoons
- Chopped chili's-2 teaspoons
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-1 teaspoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning ,add chili's and roast well
- Now add rajma,coconut and fry for some more time
