- Basmati rice-2 cups
- Spring onions-1 bunch
- Finely chopped carrots-1 cup
- Firm tofu-1 block
- Gobi florets/cauli flower-1 cup
- Garlic ghee-1 1/2 table spoon
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Minced garlic-1 teaspoon
- Crushed chilis-1/2 table spoon
- Salt-to taste
METHOD:

- Cook rice cool and set a side
- Divide tofu block into two equal halves
- Take half and crush with hands
- Take the second half and Chop into cubes,roast with teaspoon of oil and sprinkle the pepper powder
- Heat ghee and oil in a pan,add minced garlic and fry well
- Now add the veggies mix well,now add the crushed tofu and fry till light golden brown
- Now add the Fried tofu cubes and mix well
- Finally add the rice and mix well
- Serve hot with raitha
