INGREDIENTS:

- Chopped ridge guard-2 cups
- Chopped onion-1 1/2 cup
- Curry masala/kura karam-1 teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Red chili powder-1/4Th teaspoon
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin-1 teaspoon
- Split urad dal-1 teaspoon
METHOD:

- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning
- Add onion fry until light brown,add ginger garlic paste and mix well
- Now add ridge guard pieces,saute well
- Close lid and cook for few minutes,saute well in between
- Make sure the pieces are not burnt.
- Once it becomes soft add all the powders and cook for 4 minutes
- Garnish cilantro and enjoy with steamed rice
