INGREDIENTS:

- Chapathis-2
- Moong dal-2 table spoons
- Finely chopped potato-1
- Finely grated carrot-1 table spoon
- Cilantro-1 table spoon
- Garam masala powder-1.2 teaspoon
- Green chilis-3
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin and mustard-1 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-10
- Peanuts-1 table spoon
- Lemon juice-2 teaspoons
- Mixture for garnishing-optional
- Mint-1 table spoon
METHOD:

- Cut chapathi into tiny pieces
- Soak moong dal in water for 30 minutes
- Chop chili's length wise
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning,add peanuts, and fry well
- Now add chili's , ginger garlic paste and onion ,
- Add potato pieces and carrot and moong fry for 5 minutes
- Now close lid and cook until potato turns soft
- Add masala powders, and mix well.Then add chapathi pieces
- Cook for few more minutes
- Add lemon juice and mix well,Garnish with cilantro and mint
- Serve in a plat by adding mixture
- Chat pata snack item chapathi poni is ready to serve
