- Large capsicum-2
- Onion-1/2
- Oil-1 table spoon
- Cumin-1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard-1/2 teaspoon
- Curry leaves-5
INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA:
- Roasted sesame seeds-1 1/2 teaspoon
- Roasted peanut powder-2 teaspoons
- dry coconut powder-2 spoons
- Roasted chana dal powder/putnala podi-2 teaspoons
- ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped onion-1 table spoon
- Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/4Th teaspoon
- Salt-to taste
Grind all ingredients to fine paste by adding water
METHOD:

- Chop capsicum and onion to medium size pieces,discard seeds in capsicum
- Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning,now add the capsicum and onion chunks,fry Until they get soft
- now add the masala paste and some water,cook until done
- Adjust salt and chili powder,garnish with cilantro
- Enjoy with steamed rice or pulka
Am just drooling rite now over the capsi kurma, looks too good..
