The recipe as follows
INGREDIENTS:

- Milk-4 1/2 cups
- Grated bottle guard/doodhi/kaddu/sorakaya-1/2 cup
- Tapioca/sabudana-1/4th cup
- Koya/ricotta cheeses-2 table spoons
- Sugar-3/4Th cup(add as per the sweetness you like)
- Bread slices-2
- Cashews-10
- Almonds-10
- Cardamom/ilaichi powder-1/4Th teaspoon
- Unsalted butter-1 table spoon
- Green food colour-2 pinches
PREPARATIONS:

- Fry bottle guard along with cashews and set a side
- Pressure cook tapioca and cook until done
- Discard the brown layer of the bread slices and wet in the milk - 4 table spoons) and mix to a fine paste
- Ground almonds coarsely and set a side
METHOD:
- boil the milk and add all ingredients one after other,cook on medium flame
- Boil until the milk thickens and raw flavour is gone
- Finally add cardamom powder and boil for 2 minutes
- Serve chilled or hot(as you like )
