INGREDIENTS:

- Purple brinjals-10 to 12
- Oil-4 to5 table spoons
- DRy coconut powder-2 tablesoons
- Red chili powder-1 table spoon
- Salt-to taste
- Garlic pods medium-2
- Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
- Turmeric-1/8Th teaspoon
METHOD:

- Grind all the powders along with garlic,then the masala is ready.
- Now remove the stalks of brinjal
- Make + mark with knife on brinjals inorder to stuff masala and place them in saltwater.
- Heat oil in a pan add the brinjals,close lid.Make sure they are not burnt
- Cook until it turns soft
- Cool it and stuff the masala.
- Enjoy with chapathi or rice.
