INGREDIENTS:

- Raw garlic cloves-2
- Ripened chilis-3
- Salt-to taste
- Oil-2 teaspoons
- Left over rice-2 cups
METHOD:

- Mince garlic or chop very finely
- Chop red chili's into very tiny circles
- Ina bowl mix garlic,chili's,salt and oil very well with hands with more pressure,it helps to bring the garlic flavour out.
- Now add rice and mix well.Enjoy
Aaa.. will be hot know.. but new rice to me. My hubby likes garlic flavour..Will try sometime.
