- Uraddal-2 cups
- Sugar powder-1cup
- Raw rice-1 teaspoon
- Gheep 3/4 Th cup
METHOD:

- Dry roast uraddal along with rice to a nice golden colour.
- Cool the mixture and grind to a very fine powder
- Now heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast urad dal flour along with sugar.
- Now cool it,then add melted ghee,and make laddus
- If you are not able to make laddus add some more meltd ghee.
- When they cool,place them in airtight container.
