MINUPA SUNNUNDALU(URADDAL LADDU)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Uraddal-2 cups
  2. Sugar powder-1cup
  3. Raw rice-1 teaspoon
  4. Gheep 3/4 Th cup



METHOD:
>>>>>>>>
  • Dry roast uraddal along with rice to a nice golden colour.
  • Cool the mixture and grind to a very fine powder
  • Now heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and roast urad dal flour along with sugar.
  • Now cool it,then add melted ghee,and make laddus
  • If you are not able to make laddus add some more meltd ghee.
  • When they cool,place them in airtight container.
