GRAPE MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Grapes-2 cups
  2. Milk-2 1/2 cups
  3. Sugar-3 to 4 spoons
  4. Ice cubes-4 to 5

METHOD:
>>>>>>>>
  1. soak grapes in water,by adding 2 teaspoons of salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Later wash thoroughly in running tap water.
  3. Now place them in the jar along with remaining ingredients and grind well.
  4. Don't strain juice because to avoid the loss the fibre content.
  5. Serve chilled.
